ইলিশের ডিম ইলিশ মাছের ভেতরের সবচেয়ে সুস্বাদু ও দামি অংশ। এটি সাধারণত হলদে-কমলা রঙের হয় এবং নরম ও তেলতেলে স্বাদের জন্য খুব জনপ্রিয়।
